Cancelling your Order
If you wish to cancel an order please do so as soon as possible. Please call us on 1-888-9 MAMA MIO or 1-888-9-626-264 to notify us and confirm the cancellation in writing either by email or mail: Mama Mio, 20902 Brookhurst Street Suite 110, Huntington Beach, CA 92646. Please quote your order reference number.
If your order has already been dispatched, you are entitled to cancel it within 7 working days from the day after you have received the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original condition.

We want you to be 100% happy with your Mama Mio items. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged, delayed or faulty, please let us know as soon as you are aware and within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective goods. Please call us on 1-888-9 MAMA MIO or 1-888-962-6264 (or 00-1-714-964-1015 if you are calling from overseas). Alternatively you can email us.
Goods must be returned to us and subject to us being satisfied that such a defect exists and has not been caused by incorrect storage or handling we will credit you in full by your original payment method or send you a replacement order. We won’t be able to cover for any other damages or losses beyond that of refunding or replacing your order.
