Confirmation
We will acknowledge your order by email to the address provided by you. This will confirm your order details, including your chosen delivery address and your unique order reference number, which you will need to quote in any correspondence to us relating to that particular order.
If you do not receive this email please contact us by emailing us or call 1-888-9 MAMA MIO or 1-888-962-6264 (or 00-1-714-964-1015 if you are calling from overseas) in order for us to investigate whether you order has been placed successfully.
Delivery
We will despatch your order within two business days after you have placed it. Please allow up to 7 business days for standard delivery within the United States.
Please note that incorrect information or payment details may delay the dispatch of your order.

Payment
We accept most major credit & debit cards. We do not accept payment by cheque.
Payment is taken via our secure payment service provider. We do not store any of your credit card details.
Price
You will be charged the price advertised on the website at the time you place your order. Gift wrapping, postage and packaging will be charged according to the delivery option chosen during checkout.
Gift Wrapping
Each item will be individually gift wrapped or placed in a keepsafe gift box if you are purchasing 2 or more single items for the same person. Both are tied with a luxury ribbon and your personal gift tag message.
Prices will not be shown on the delivery note.
Availability
In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock we will notify you either by telephone, letter or email address that you have submitted on your order form to seek further advice. Should you wish to cancel an item we will refund you as soon as possible and at the very latest within 30 days.
Amending your Order
If you wish to make any other changes to your order, such as delivery address or quantity of goods, please do so as soon as possible.
