How to Order
Ordering online at Mama Mio couldn’t be easier! For those who simply love browsing you can wander around at your leisure. For those looking for the quick route for a specific product, you can use the search facility. To reach the search facility click on the My Account link, this will take you to the store.
Once you have found the product you want click 'Buy me' and you will be taken to the same item in the store. Click ‘Add to Basket’ again and the item will be added to the shopping basket, where your item will be listed together with its price; here you can leave it as it is, change the quantity or remove it. To change the quantity, simply add the number you want into the quantity box and click ‘update’. To remove an item, click on the ‘remove’ link next to the item.
At the basket page you can view and select different delivery options, gift options and enter a promotional code or coupon.
Click the 'Our Range’ button to go back to the product catalogue or if you have finished click 'Checkout' - you won't be committed to purchase your order until you enter your personal credit/debit card details and confirm your order.
Checkout is just like a till in a real shop: its here that you pay for your shopping. On the website this involves you giving us your contact details, the delivery address and details.
If you are a new customer you will be given the option to create an account with us though you do not have to register to make a purchase. If you already have created an account you will be asked to ‘Login’.
When you are at the checkout simply follow the on-screen instructions. Complete your billing, shipping and payment details. Your transactions will be processed by our payment service provider in a completely secure environment and you will automatically receive an order confirmation email

Amending your Order
If you wish to make any other changes to your order, such as delivery address or quantity of goods, please do so as soon as possible. Please call us on 1-888-9 MAMA MIO or 1-888-9-626-264 (or 00-1-714-964-1015 if you are calling from overseas). Alternatively you can email webmama@mamamio.com. Please quote your order reference number.
If your order has already been dispatched, we regret that we will be able to make any amendments.
