We accept most major credit & debit cards. We do not accept Diners or mailed checks.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Yes we offer a gift wrapping service. Each item will be individually gift wrapped or placed in a keepsafe gift box if you are purchasing 2 or more single items for the same person. Both are tied with a luxury ribbon and your personal gift tag message.
If I place an order for a gift will the value of goods appear on the delivery note?
No, the prices will not be printed. If you wish to display the prices on the delivery note please untick the tick box ‘do not print prices on the packing slip’.
Can I place an order for delivery to multiple addresses?
No, if you wish to send items to more than one different delivery address you have to place each order separately.
Do you offer a next day delivery service?
Yes, we offer a next day delivery service providing your order is placed by 12pm PST. Please note that deliveries take place Monday-Friday and do not include weekends.
What delivery options are available?
We offer three types of service:
Standard Delivery, 5-7 business days via UPS
Two Day Delivery, (business days) via UPS
Next Day Delivery, (next business day) via UPS

How much do you charge for delivery?

Do you offer free delivery?
We do not have a free shipping offer at the moment, but please check back to the website for future offers.
Do you deliver overseas?
At the moment we only ship to the USA including Alaska and Hawaii, from our USA website. We ship to the United Kingdom, including Ireland from our UK Website. Click here to be taken to our UK website.
If you wish to have an order sent elsewhere please email us with details of the delivery address and items you wish to order and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
Can you deliver to PO Boxes?
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
When will I expect my order?
Goods are normally despatched within two business days after you have placed your order. Please allow up to 7 working days for standard delivery within the USA. Please note that deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska may be subject to longer delivery times. We do not despatch or deliver orders over the weekend.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
The courier will leave a card to let you know they have called. If applicable, you can collect your parcel from the depot or call the courier to rearrange delivery. You can reach UPS on 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-782-7792)
You can request your order be delivered to a work address. Please specify the company name when entering the delivery address.

When do I get my refund after returning an item?
Once received, we will process your return as soon as possible and at the very latest within 30 days. Your credit or debit card provider determines the time taken to credit your card. This is usually between 10-15 working days.
