Let us start by telling you, Sian is a wimp… at least as far as exfoliation goes. She hates salt rubs, sugar rubs and anything with big harsh bits in it. She believes they tear at the surface of your skin rather than gently but firmly removing dull dead skin cells. So we created this Body Buff to be super gentle but totally effective. It has converted everyone who uses it – even those salty grainy scrub addicts. It is a supersmooth blend of micro ground pumice in a creamy moisturising base rich in Sweet Almond Oil, Chamomile and Vitamin E – so your skin ends up soft and smooth and nourished… we know; it just doesn’t get better.

Exfoliation is a key step if you are serious about your skin. This is because exfoliation helps increase cell regeneration. Ever noticed how your kids’ cuts heal so quickly? This is because of cell regeneration – when you are young, your cells turn over at a much more rapid rate and as you get older, it slows down. Exfoliation helps speed it up which means youthful looking skin. Exfoliation also helps build your skin’s strength and elasticity – again because of the increased cell regeneration. Finally exfoliation removes the dead skin cells which act as a sort of layer of cement over your skin. In clearing away this ‘dead skin cement’ (yuck) you ensure that any product you apply is more easily absorbed and utilised. Exfoliation ensures your product effectiveness is maximised.

Then there is the way it makes your skin feel to the touch. You can expect soft, touchable skin from using our Body Buff just once a week. It smoothes out all those funny bumps on your arms (don’t you hate those?). It helps you feel great in the buff. We received a great comment from one of our favourite shops in London. She had been using our dynamic duo: the Body Buff followed by the O•Mega Body Oil for a few weeks.
